Delivery
Argana Life offers the following delivery options for online orders:
Option One: UK Mainland Recorded Delivery.
Delivery will be made by first class recorded mail. Your order should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. £7 including VAT per order.
Option Two: UK Mainland Next Day Delivery.
Delivery will be made by UPS. Delivery will be made on the following working day. Your order must be placed before midday on the previous working day. £10 including VAT per order.
Option Three: Rest of UK.
If you are located elsewhere in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, or an Island, delivery will be made by UPS. Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. £20 including VAT per order.
Option Four: EuropeDelivery will be made by UPS. Depending on your post code, standard delivery to mainland Europe should take between 3 to 4 working days (although some main cities in France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Italy and Spain will provide next day delivery). For Eastern Europe please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery. £20 including VAT per order.
Option Five: Outside Europe (Including USA/Canada)
Delivery will be made by UPS. Delivery times vary greatly depending on country and post/zip code. UPS aim to deliver orders within 3-7 working days, depending on destination. £30 including VAT per order.

Returns
You may cancel a Contract at any time before your order is delivered and up to seven working days afterwards, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (see below).
To cancel a Contract or exchange a Product, you must inform us in writing by email or at the address on the “Contact Us” page of the Site, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must also return the Products to Walker Logistics Ltd at Ramsbury Road, Lambourn Woodlands, Berkshire, RG17 7TJ (who can be contacted by phone on +44 01488 73848, fax on +44 01488 73756 any by email atsales@walkerlogistics.com within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation or exchange, in their original, unopened and unused condition, and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession, and we therefore recommend that you return the Products by registered post or an equivalent service. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.Details of how to return or exchange Products are provided in the Dispatch Confirmation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.If you cancel a Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
We will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of delivery. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you return Products to us because they were damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we will refund your costs in full, including a refund of any standard delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
